make this command line overridable and make the default sonnet or haiku, so that you're not spending the most expensive tokens on prototyping

This PR introduces a framework for producing evals for
tree-sittergrammars.Unlike grammars in ARVO,
tree-sittergrammars are often not fuzzed in their CI pipelines, and hundreds of them include hand-written C-based parsers, making them prime candidates for fuzz-fix loops.However, despite not being in ARVO, these grammars are widely deployed, and fixing them is high impact.
