Patch: floors for the 2026-10-13 batch, the devtools install pins, and the skill reference pages for this batch's plugins. Wave 4, after artisan 0.0.20, wind 1.8.4 (already live), telescope 0.0.12 and dusk 0.0.20 (live in wave 3).

What ships

Two merged PRs since 0.0.27, plus the release commit; the CHANGELOG section has all of it.

• docs(skills): document the free trial and store intro offer in magic_starter 0.0.41 #220, docs(skills): document the web plan swap in magic_starter 0.0.42 #221: plugin-starter.md documents magic_starter 0.0.41 (free trial, store intro offer) and 0.0.42 (web plan swap).
• Release commit:
  • plugin-starter.md covers magic_starter 0.0.43: the support desk (features.support, registerMagicStarterSupportRoutes(), support.index / support.create / support.thread, MagicStarterSupportController, live refresh with a 30-second poll), openGuestSession(), autofill and credential saving on the auth forms, the before-logout token revoke, formatPrice / MagicStarterPriceFormat, the trial-featured call to action, Contact sales, and the BREAKING currency field on MagicStarterWebPrice.
  • plugin-payments.md catches up with magic_payments 0.0.9 and 0.0.10 (StoreProductOffer.introEligible, BillingErrorCode.paymentDeclined and paymentRequiresAction); its install pin had stayed at ^0.0.8.
  • plugin-sentry.md's install snippet said ^0.0.2.

No breaking change, and no lib/ change beyond the devtools install pins.

magic:install --with-devtools (_devtoolsDependencies), the install.yaml post-install message, doc/packages/magic-devtools.md and plugin-devtools.md:

These are strings the installer writes into a consumer's pubspec; nothing in this repo's CI resolves them. dusk 0.0.20 and telescope 0.0.12 are live; magic_devtools 0.0.10 releases in the next wave.

Stamps

• pubspec.yaml, example/pubspec.yaml and example/pubspec.lock: 0.0.28. The lock is regenerated on the hosted graph (artisan 0.0.20, wind 1.8.4); grep -c "/Users/" is 0.
• skills/magic-framework/SKILL.md: frontmatter 0.1.62 and body stamp magic 0.0.28.
• Plugin reference stamps, ahead of their releases: magic_notifications v0.3.9, magic_deeplink v0.1.7, magic_social_auth v0.0.10, magic_payments v0.0.11, magic_sentry v0.0.4, magic_devtools v0.0.10, magic_starter v0.0.43, with the floor prose moved to match.
• CLAUDE.md and .github/copilot-instructions.md stack lines quote the new floors.

A grep for 0.0.27, ^0.0.19, ^1.8.1 and 0.1.61 outside the CHANGELOG and the locks returns only historical mentions in plugin-starter.md (features that arrived in magic_starter 0.0.27) and plugin-social-auth.md (what 0.0.8 needed).
