Patch: floors for the 2026-10-09 batch, the devtools install pins, and the skill reference pages for this batch's plugins. Wave 2, after artisan 0.0.19 and wind 1.8.1 (both live).

What ships

Two merged PRs since 0.0.26, plus the release commit; the CHANGELOG section has all of it.

• docs(skills): document the social client APIs in magic_starter 0.0.39 and magic_social_auth 0.0.8 #217: the magic-framework skill documents the redesigned social client stack (plugin-social-auth.md for magic_social_auth 0.0.8, plugin-starter.md for magic_starter 0.0.39).
• chore(deps): bump cupertino_icons from 1.0.9 to 2.0.0 in /example #218: the example app moves cupertino_icons to ^2.0.0 (example only).
• Release commit: plugin-payments.md is rewritten for magic_payments 0.0.8 (purchase by catalogue product key on both rails, PurchaseContext, typed BillingException.code, a 0.0.7 migration table), and plugin-starter.md gains a Billing section for magic_starter 0.0.40.

No breaking change, and no lib/ change beyond the devtools install pins.

magic:install --with-devtools (_devtoolsDependencies), the install.yaml post-install message and doc/packages/magic-devtools.md:

These are strings the installer writes into a consumer's pubspec; nothing in this repo's CI resolves them. dusk 0.0.19 and telescope 0.0.10 release in this wave, magic_devtools 0.0.9 in the next.

Stamps

• pubspec.yaml, example/pubspec.yaml and example/pubspec.lock: 0.0.27. The lock is regenerated on the hosted graph (artisan 0.0.19, wind 1.8.1); its only path source is the example's own .., and grep -c "/Users/" is 0.
• skills/magic-framework/SKILL.md: frontmatter 0.1.61 and body stamp magic 0.0.27.
• Plugin reference stamps, ahead of their releases: magic_notifications v0.3.8, magic_deeplink v0.1.6, magic_social_auth v0.0.9, magic_sentry v0.0.3, magic_payments v0.0.8, magic_devtools v0.0.9, magic_starter v0.0.40, with the floor prose moved to match.
• CLAUDE.md and .github/copilot-instructions.md stack lines quote the new floors (the latter still said ^1.5.3 and ^0.0.9).

git grep -nF 0.0.26 -- ':!CHANGELOG.md' ':!*.lock' returns nothing; a grep for ^0.0.17 and ^1.8.0 outside the CHANGELOG and the locks is empty.
