Patch: the make:* generators full set.

What ships

One merged PR since 0.0.22, #208, all in the CHANGELOG section:

• New make:resource <Model>, the analogue of make:model --all: a full CRUD vertical in one all-or-nothing run.
• New make:test --kind=<kind>, plus --test on six generators.
• Write variants:
  • make:action --kind=create|update|delete --model=<Model>
  • make:form --resource=<Model>
  • make:enum --wire
  • make:lang --from=<locale>
• Rewritten stubs for the controller (SessionScoped, opt-in mixin flags, RepositoryQuery resource), the stateful view (MagicStatefulView<T>) and the request (const FormRequest).
• make:component writes its preview only where a catalogue exists, and now writes a widget test.
• ActionRequestFailed is exported, and the model stub gains fromMap.
• Integration test: every generator's output is analyzed in a scratch app, in the new CI job "Generated code analyzes".
• Also carried: references/plugin-sentry.md for magic_sentry 0.0.1.

BREAKING, each with its migration in the CHANGELOG:

• The controller and stateful-view stub shapes changed. make:view --stateful now needs its derived controller to exist.
• The make:component preview is now opt-out.
• The ActionRequestFailed export clashes with an app's own class of that name.
