Adds a short FAQ to the README, between Documentation and Development, for people deciding whether to install. It covers:

Two feature lines are reworded to say what they actually do:

  • "Recover deleted or encrypted files" read as if SnapRAID decrypted files. It now says deleted and changed files are restored from parity to their state at the last sync.
  • The sync guard line now describes the rule, a scheduled sync is skipped when too many files were deleted or changed, instead of naming ransomware.

A short FAQ for people reading the README before installing: keeping an
existing SnapRAID setup, Docker, waking disks, exposing it to the
internet, snapraid-daemon, and how the project started.

"Recover deleted or encrypted files" read as if SnapRAID decrypted
files; it restores them to their state of the last sync. The sync guard
line now says what it does instead of naming ransomware.
