Adds native skills install into ~/.claude/skills + ~/.agents/skills (Codex/ Cursor/Gemini/Warp/VS Code) and Hermes skills.external_dirs; live links with owned-only management + stale cleanup. Fixes: exact-line config match, Windows-safe symlink comparisons. Version 1.19.0 -> 1.20.0.
