Document ephemeral vs lease allocation, new CLI commands, hooks, errors, and config for v0.3.
Reflect durable leases, DaddyBot use case, and v0.3 product boundaries.
Add monorepo paths, lease error codes, PRD spec reference, and source map.
Use generic orchestrator examples and drop external PRD link.
Point lease mode spec at integration tests instead of external PRD.
Reference lease.integration.test.ts as lease mode spec.
