Bump limen to v0.5.2 and apply its remediation - #10

Two minors at once, v0.3.0 to v0.5.2, so the converge touches more than a pin. What `limen fix` changed, beyond the aqua pin and its checksums: - renovate.json extends the shared preset at v0.5.2; the preset now groups tool, action and Go module bumps into one pull request each. - update-aqua-checksum.yaml gains the pins-refresh step (inert here, no pins.yaml) and the schannel guard on windows; setup-aqua carries the same guard for the installer's own curl. - The dot tool moves from goccy/go-graphviz/cmd/dot, a nested module with no tags that Renovate could never bump, to forkcloser/dot v1.0.1 in tools/go.mod; go-graphviz itself follows as an indirect dependency. - quint-co/quint joins aqua.yaml as a canonical package. - .gitattributes, AGENTS.md, the shared just modules and the local aqua registry are reset to the v0.5.2 baseline.
