Summary:
Check that the AMD APML kernel modules (apml_sbtsi, apml_sbrmi) used to
read the host CPU temperature and RMI mailbox are loaded on nexthopbmc.
# Test Plan
Run on a nexthopbmc with tests2 copied to /run/tests2:
$ python3 cit_runner.py --run-test tests.nexthopbmc.test_kernel_module_presence
test_installed_kmods (tests.nexthopbmc.test_kernel_module_presence.KernelModulePresenceTest.test_installed_kmods) ... ok
