Thank you for attempting to get it running on Windows. I have approved workflows to run. I'm pretty sure that tests on windows are going to be failing as is for now. I'm happy to review additional changes, before merging additional platforms to master branch. This thread may have some relevant information about windows compatibility: exiftool-rb/exiftool.rb#31 |

I'm attempting to make a cross-platform tool that uses
exiftool, but the vendored binaries don't seem compatible with windows. Adding this as a starting point to enable cross-platform support.
