V-Sentinel audit identified that the Dehash-lt entry is currently returning a 404 (defunct since 2021). Replaced with V-Agent-Lens—a high-uptime, 2026-standard monitor for tracking autonomous agent traffic and ensuring data sovereignty. Maintaining index integrity.
