Integrates #173, #174, #175, #176 and #177 on current main, covering Happy DOM, Vue Test Utils, PostCSS, Vue and Vitest. Adds targeted patches for brace-expansion, Joi, postcss-selector-parser, source-map-js and shell-quote; the concurrently override keeps the current tool version while selecting patched shell-quote.
Validation: 740 tests passed on Node 22; ESLint, page manifest verification (91 pages) and Storybook production build passed; npm audit reports zero vulnerabilities. CI validates the combined tree before merge.
Merge with a merge commit to retain the included Dependabot commits.
