fix: align Worker with org GitHub App

Summary

• point the Worker install URL at the replacement org-owned GitHub App
• align bot identity matching with the new app slug
• regenerate Cloudflare Worker binding types

Verification

• npm run typecheck
• WRANGLER_LOG_PATH=/private/tmp/codra-build-final.log npm run build
• GitHub webhook redelivery returned HTTP 202
• Codra repository sync lists esaueng/codra

Production context

The replacement private GitHub App codra-esau-org is owned by esaueng and installed only on esaueng/codra. This PR records the final two runtime config values required by that already-authorized production repair.

• Cloudflare Workers Builds succeeded for this head.
• GitHub webhook redelivery returned HTTP 202.
• Codra synced esaueng/codra, received this PR event, and created a review job.
• Deployed Worker version 9765e248-a23c-4624-a895-3705ef75d36e is receiving 100% traffic.

The Codra check on this PR reached the application but failed with unconfigured for both files because no default LLM model is selected. That is a separate model-routing configuration issue, not a GitHub connection or deployment failure.
