CHANGES.md's 1.15.0 section is written from refactor(runner): drop the Devin, agy and dsh repository refusals (#204) #215's body and checked against main at ae3f98d: the lane settings (run.ts and the Devin, agy and dsh adapters), and the catalog's Devin, agy and dsh notes.
python3 scripts/release_test.py: OK.
Live gate: passed on 39cb5e4 from trusted main ae3f98d, 2 planned sessions: evidence comment. Both harnesses installed plugin 1.15.0 from this head and received the startup hook's context.

Merge Danger

Door: two-way. Version strings and release notes; the tag and GitHub release come after merge.

Blast Radius: installs. After release.py publish, plugin installs and updates report 1.15.0.
