New reference section explaining the different deployment modes (SYSTEM, PROVIDED, INSTALL, EMBED) for the OPC UA SDKs. Include platform-specific recommendations. Update tutorials to link to the new reference section. Co-authored-by: google-labs-jules[bot] (fixes epics-modules#206)
