npm 1.6.7 已公开发布，原安装说明仍称未上架，生产用户复制 Skill／MCP／CLI 示例时会得到占位地址或错误的传输配置。本次将安装说明更新为已发布状态，生产示例使用 https://magpiesend.site，并明确 HTTP /mcp 与 stdio 的根地址、个人 API Token；本地默认地址和配置保持不变。
同时合入已验收的 scoped npm 包配置、打包白名单及 update 同 scope 查询逻辑；不改变版本、不触发 npm 发布。MCP 清单补齐现有第18个工具。
验证：本地 Node22/24 各435项通过；指南最后修改后各11项通过；lint、build、官方 Skill 结构验证通过；Skill 隔离安装11文件一致。原公开1.6.7在 Node22/24 官方源全新安装、CLI/stdio MCP/Skill运行、依赖树、审计0漏洞、213自有文件哈希及 update --check 仅查询均通过。
本PR合并后用于现有腾讯云Docker部署，保留线上数据、env、域名、SMTP、管理员与证书，保留旧镜像及配置回退。npm 1.6.7 原包不可覆盖，本次不发布新版 npm。
