You can look inside of any of the POVR Menu's systems for educational purposes, but you are not to copy the circuits and re-release it unless you are modifying it for your own specific games.
POVR is made using a private invention, which you can look inside of and edit, but cannot republish.
Since the POVR Module template is meant to be easily modified and republished, you can republish and edit it however you want.
These types of modules are not made by POVR, and therefore, have their own copyright and policy.
