Add onboarding-token trial deep links and remove @elastic/project-docs CODEOWNERS entries

This update applies the new serverless onboarding deep-link requirements for Kubernetes and AWS observability docs. It ensures trial CTAs route users to token-specific registration flows for improved onboarding attribution and entry experience.

• Kubernetes onboarding token (monitor-kubernetes)

  • Updated existing cloud.elastic.co CTAs in:
    • solutions/observability/infra-and-hosts/tutorial-observe-kubernetes-deployments.md
    • solutions/observability/get-started/quickstart-monitor-kubernetes-cluster-with-elastic-agent.md
  • Replaced prior generic registration/docs-placement links with:
    • https://cloud.elastic.co/serverless-registration?onboarding_token=monitor-kubernetes

• AWS onboarding token (monitor-aws)

  • Updated existing cloud.elastic.co CTA in:
    • solutions/observability/cloud/monitor-amazon-web-services-aws-with-elastic-agent.md
  • Added a missing trial CTA to:
    • solutions/observability/cloud/amazon-web-services-aws-monitoring.md
  • All AWS-targeted CTAs now use:
    • https://cloud.elastic.co/serverless-registration?onboarding_token=monitor-aws

• CTA copy alignment

  • Added required link text on AWS landing page:
    • "start a free trial"

• CODEOWNERS cleanup
  • Removed all instances of @elastic/project-docs from:
