bore.pub website outage [September 8th, 2026]

Hello there,
When attempting to use bore to remotely ssh into my server, I was getting hit with a "Network is unreachable" error. I tried with another device and another network, the error persisted. Using curl results in no response, and using https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/bore.pub reports that it is down for everyone, not just me.

bore.pub is a great project, and it does help me when working remotely.

I just wanted to bring this outage to your attention, solely to help out.

Small update:
It appears that just the redirect to GitHub is down at the moment, which leads DownForEveryoneOrJustMe to think it's down globally.

Thanks for flagging. I can confirm the main CLI is working, but the website redirect on port 80 isn't. It looks like some upstream filtering is happening somewhere in the network, specifically for port 80.
