feat(contract): make .contract() a coercing boundary that hydrates dobjs - #137

- X.contract() now parses wire json into a live dobj instance, typed as the class rather than `any` — one declaration serves both instantiation and introspection - .ref moves onto the call and gains a real type; .ref() is the grain union - a ctor failure is contained as a path-tagged zod issue, never a throw - every affected call site is loud at compile time; see readme upgrade note Co-authored-by: ulad kasach <uladkasach@gmail.com>
- github policy rejects a version tag, so every run died at "Prepare all required actions" before any code ran - 46 refs across 6 workflows, 11 distinct actions - each SHA copied from declapract-typescript-ehmpathy upstream, which already carries these pins — none derived by hand - local ./.github refs left as-is; the policy targets third-party only Co-authored-by: ulad kasach <uladkasach@gmail.com>
