The signature_variations is the exact same as the mixed_criticality tests, except the latter runs the test for all combinations of asil levels of consumers and providers. Therefore, we remove signature_variations.
We now explicitly parse service_instance_manifest and initialize the runtime using RuntimeConfiguration. This will make it easier to modify tests in future in case we want to add more command line arguments or change path of the configuration file.

In qnx 8, we appear to receive spurious inotify events. In general, these are handled. However, sometimes, we receive a notification that the service discovery instance id directory (containing flag files for qm / asil b services) has been deleted which causes the test to hang as we no longer call any find service handlers after this point.
