The Record Demo workflow recorded the GIF and pushed it straight to the dispatched branch, so there was nothing to review and running it on main committed directly to main. Now it branches cleanly off main, commits only the GIF, and opens/updates a PR (with the GIF embedded in the body) so the recording can be reviewed before merging. Also authenticates the VHS release lookup to avoid unauthenticated GitHub API rate limits. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
