Reviewed exact head 6fcba2d against 7c895db. The three-file documentation diff scopes the FolderHome provider relationship to its cited source commit and llm-note revision; it accurately records notes.read, gated notes.write, dry-run default and disabled live mode without claiming current-main compatibility. English/German README and llms.txt are consistent. All 20 visible checks succeeded on this head; metadata checks and whitespace passed. Ready for regular merge subject to unchanged head and repository rules.
