At least it runs on Catalina now. Don't know why it doesn't like the if not highSierraLoc part, but it just wouldn't take the correct plist, so I reversed this logic. And hex processing should now be fixed. Importing the registry file doesn't work, however, regardless.

Run on Catalina now, some problem with finding the right plist so I reversed the if logic. Hex encoding is now fixed. Importing the resulting reg file in Windows does nothing.
