Summary
Why
A blank Markdown editor does not tell hiring teams what candidates need in order to assess a role. The checklist gives authors a compact definition of a useful description while leaving the actual writing and structure to them.
The job post remains the only persisted record. Checklist inputs deliberately have no
name, so they cannot become submitted job attributes.Verification
