Stained-Cell-Count

1. This repository contains the project file used for evaluating the regression with use of Convolutional Neural Networks for counting the stained cells with blue nucleus and a brown membrane.

2. We have trained the model in main.ipynb file build upon Xception Architecture consisting of various layers being build as separable convolutional neural network layer.
3. Download the datasets from here training-dataset and testing-dataset

5. Note: main.ipynb file is the only complete code file.
