locales/pt-br: add 98 translations (batch 10, final)

Part of the ongoing effort to complete the Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BR) locale for dcrdex.

This is the final batch (10 of 10), completing the full pt-BR locale. It adds the remaining 98 missing translations covering:

• Order report stats: remaining, used, deficiency, deficiency with pending, standing/ordered lots
• Arb/allocation labels: arb rate, required/used DEX/CEX, causes self match, priority, wallet balances, placements
• Bot management: delete bot, asset allocations, export logs, external/internal transfer toggle with tooltips, running bot allocation note
• Order types & stats: order type, total profit (with tooltip), number of runs
• New release & onboarding: new release banner, view website, new user message, learn more
• Multi-hop arb: completion order, limit order buffer (with tooltip), relay ID, relay required
• Bridge UI: BRIDGE, HISTORY, REFRESH, SELECT_DESTINATION, APPROVAL_REQUIRED, APPROVE_CONTRACT, BRIDGE_HISTORY, PENDING_BRIDGES, NO_BRIDGES_FOUND, ESTIMATED_FEES, MIN/MAX_AMOUNT, BRIDGE_SUCCESS/ERROR, APPROVAL_SUCCESS/PENDING, AMOUNT, SELECT, NO_DESTINATIONS
• Governance/Voting: proposals, consensus changes, treasury spending, quorum requirements, total votes, vote now, cast vote prompt, voting power, submit vote, view on Politeia, proposal structure, treasury spends
• Sync & filter controls: last sync, syncing..., all, filter, not synced, proposals in progress, view, view all

All translations follow Brazilian Portuguese conventions.
