Exclude CR as well as LF from ImageRegex.
MediaExtractor uses this regex on template text. With a CR-only line break, input such as foo.jpg\rbar.png can produce one match that contains \r. WikiUtil.wikiEncode preserves that character. The value then reaches URL and IRI construction and can produce an invalid media URI or BAD URI output.

Thanks for the PR, @ManasBagul23 it would be nice to include a couple of tests together with this change to showcase how this new behavior works. There is already an ImageExtractorTest class that we could reuse
ImageExtractorConfig.ImageRegex, used by the old ImageExtractor (not
ImageExtractorNew), is [^"/\*?<>|:]+\.(?:jpe?g|png|gif|svg). The
negated character class does not exclude newline, so a wiki-markup
image link broken across a line, e.g.
[[File:
Berlin_Map.png]]
is matched as \nBerlin_Map.png, producing a foaf:depiction/thumbnail
IRI with a literal newline in it, which is invalid.
ImageExtractorNew.scala already excludes newline explicitly in its own
character-by-character parser (c != '\n'); this brings the regex used
by the old extractor in line with it.
Verified with a standalone regex check mirroring the character class
(java.util.regex/PCRE character-class semantics for this pattern are
equivalent): the old pattern matches "\nBerlin_Map.png" out of
"File:\nBerlin_Map.png", the new pattern matches only
"Berlin_Map.png"; a normal single-line filename is unaffected by
either version. No Scala toolchain available locally to run the sbt
test suite.
Related to dbpedia#774
Adds two cases to the existing ImageExtractorTest class, as requested
in review: a broken-across-a-line filename ("File:\nBerlin_Map.png")
must match only "Berlin_Map.png", not the leading newline; an ordinary
single-line filename must still match unchanged.

Fixes #748. Related to #774.
ImageExtractorConfig.ImageRegex, used by the oldImageExtractor(notImageExtractorNew), is:The negated character class does not exclude newline, so a wiki-markup image link broken across a line, e.g.
is matched as
\nBerlin_Map.png, producing afoaf:depiction/thumbnail IRI with a literal newline in it, which is invalid — this is the "escaped '\n' in extracted URIs" pattern reported in #774 and #748.This is exactly #748's reported bug: a
<gallery>image line whose preceding caption ends right at the line break leaves a\nimmediately before the next filename, which the old regex happily includes in the match (confirmed by reproducing #748's own example gallery markup against both the old and new pattern).ImageExtractorNew.scalaalready excludes newline explicitly in its own character-by-character parser (c != '\n') — this brings the regex used by the old extractor in line with it, per the root cause already identified in the #774 discussion.Verified with a standalone regex check mirroring the character class (java.util.regex/PCRE character-class semantics are equivalent for this pattern): the old pattern matches
"\nBerlin_Map.png"out of"File:\nBerlin_Map.png"; the new pattern matches only"Berlin_Map.png". A normal single-line filename is unaffected by either version. No Scala/sbt toolchain available locally to run the project's own test suite.
