Summary
Remove the Windows application-menu entry for exporting Session logs, its command allowlist value, and the main-process DOM click-through handler. Keep the existing Harness log entry and upstream Session UI behavior unchanged.
Validation
The branch also carries the one-line recovery UI smoke fix from #614 because that fix is not yet on main and otherwise blocks Windows CI. Once #614 merges, the duplicate fix will no longer appear in this PR diff. Windows packaged acceptance is pending CI.
