- Removed IP whitelisting verification, as it's completely deprecated by Github (https://developer.github.com/webhooks/securing);
- Implemented webhook payload validation against defined secret;
- Updated README.md
- Allow to listen to a specific hostname (localhost for example, if ran behind nginx)
