Make the slot_size a reloadable setting. Assisted-by: Claude Opus 4.8
Add a more flexible slot_gap setting to avoid having to add spacing before and after the edge icons when manipulating slot size. Assisted-by: Claude Opus 4.8

Add a reloadable
