1️⃣ Describe the feature

Desired Feature:

• Add ability to show grid lines during crop, rotation, or always.
• Grid lines should at least be evenly spaced, but other possibilities such as thirds, would allow for quick image/subject framing

Value added:

• It would be easier to align an image if an issue like arbitrary rotation ([Feature Request] Add arbitrary-angle rotation (fine-tune rotation) support #2347) is supported.
• A grid would allow for quick determination if an image is aligned to begin with, and additional grid configuration support would allow for quicker cropping to frame image subject as desired.

2️⃣ How to use feature

Alternative 1:

• User selects crop function from toolbar or menu
• Tool presents grid checkbox if only one option (on/off) or a selection dropdown if multiple options (off, 3/4/5 lines, thirds, etc.) are availabe.

Alternative 2:

• User selects Menu, then Layout OR Image
• Grid submenu is available with either
• • Enable grid (off, on), OR
• • Enable grid (off, 3, 4, 5 lines, thirds, etc.)
