Ship now writes .sdlc/work/<slug>/qa-guide.md after delivery and quotes it in the final report: where to open it, which account and role (where the password is kept, never the password), the menu path, numbered steps each with what the screen should show, the before-fix symptom for a bug fix, clean-up, and what the agent did not check. Steps come from what the E2E lens actually drove; a step it did not run is marked [not run by agent]. Commands carry a placeholder for any token or key, never the value. The guide is a durable record, archived with the feature and listed by kb.sh show/index. summary.md's How to check points at it. README, README.ko and the live site name it. No new gate or check; no script-read line changed.
