This pull request adapts the regression detection code that retrieves the previous benchmark result to compare the latest results against. It ensures that the benchmark base directory is correctly constructed, and only retrieves the previous benchmark after the repository has been checked out.
It also includes commits from #32 that implement several new features and CI changes.
