feat: shipyard has its own mark, a hull on the stocks, in place of the b - #52

The B was Berth's. The mark is now a hull seen bow-on, resting on its keel blocks, with the amber lamp lit inside: on the app icon and its icon set, Shipyard's avatar in a chat, the phone app's icons, the site's header, favicon and touch icon, the review page, the docs' header, icon and link previews, and the brand board. Not changed here: the launch video, screenshots in the docs, and the built demo's own bundle (its two icon files are, the rest follows the next build:demo).
