更新工具依赖与 CI；UAT 使用独立短路径用户数据和 fixture 副本，每次设置明确测试初始版本；保留生产/fixture 扫描边界。

单元测试；真实 VS Code UAT；确认 fixture 无 diff。
兼容性与待验收项
旧 Python 版本只作为解析测试文本，未安装/执行；未发布扩展，VS Code 实际宿主兼容仍按原 engines 维护。
