Small note requests could inherit every registered source as pending investigation, leaving accepted drafts blocked by unrelated reference material. This change scopes preparation to the current request and actual article dependencies, while allowing later plans to adopt authorized supporting sources. Notes can still revise existing approved articles without starting a new production stage.
The CLI now exposes the known-task schema before workspace preparation, reports the draft working directory and resolved missing-file paths, provides read-only navigation inspection and actionable stale-revision errors, and includes partial delivery as an explicit Route command. Resource receipt guidance distinguishes workflow continuation from approval. Release version: 0.7.38.
Validation: focused workflow tests, full repository verification, Node artifact checks, and an isolated Old Live checkout rebased on the latest main for new-note delivery and existing-article revision. The original Old Live checkout is preserved. Sandbox-specific report URL 403 behavior is not changed by this release.
