Reading reports now track read progress and collect plain revision notes, so users can confirm or request changes without copying review codes. The revised-item view links back to each article; copying notes shows a five-second success preview while retaining the complete clipboard content.
Confirmation applies only to the reviewed candidate scope. Feedback alone requires a refreshed report; explicit feedback plus approval applies repairs before continuing. Legacy review-code files and
--forceremain CLI-compatible with migration guidance on stderr.Validation: workspace build, typecheck and lint passed; report interaction, stale/scope guards and legacy compatibility tests passed. Full workspace tests, full-only CLI integration tests, Node dist smoke checks and the packaged CLI contract tests all passed.
