Draw the vertical timeline structure - #22

A vertical line from the central topic with the top-level topics on it, alternating right and left, each with its descendants growing outward. Same-side stacks are packed so they never overlap, the line is drawn as one stretch per topic, and the up/down keys run along it. XMind's timeline.vertical now maps to it instead of opening as the horizontal one.
