make build now produces versioned Linux and macOS binaries for AMD64 and ARM64. macOS collects OS/kernel, CPU, memory, page size, resource limits and network facts through native APIs, without subprocesses or third-party dependencies. Platform-specific collectors preserve Linux behavior and identify Rosetta translation explicitly. Validation: full make lint and make test passed through devloop; make build produced all four binaries; macOS ARM64 ran natively and AMD64 ran under Rosetta with valid JSON and no collection errors. Native Intel macOS and Linux execution are covered by the CI matrix but were not run locally in this change.
