Created a folder "harmpi_materials" and relocated the harmpi related files to it. Also added two jupyter notebooks, which generate stream plot and movies and another movies for full Bondi-Hoyle-Lyttleton (BHL) problem and a BHL disk problem defined in assignment-lowangmom.pdf (look at Oliver Porth's lecture).
