This PR adds a 'frequency' column to normalized FX outputs.
Normalized schema now includes:
date
period
frequency
country_iso3
country_iso2
country_name (optional)
base
quote
rate
source
Frequency values follow IMF conventions:
M monthly
Q quarterly
A annual
README was also updated to document the new schema and includes uv installation guidance.
