The recent chats list mixed everything: chats you started, automation runs and chats agents start themselves. It gets messy fast.

• New source tabs above the status tabs: Mine (default), Automations, Agents, All
• Mine: chats started in the app, Slack, Telegram or Teams. Automations: automation and API runs. Agents: handovers, board tasks, heartbeats
• A dot on another tab when a chat there is unread (brand) or waits for you (amber), so nothing gets missed while you stay on Mine
• Status tabs, counts and empty states work inside the selected source; choice is remembered
• Both rows stay pinned while the list scrolls; arrow keys switch tabs
