Linking dropdown values with Timesheet Sidebar

Problem Summary

Now: Manually add dropdown elements on updateProject.html, meaning whenever some new freelancer is added, we need to add another dropdown value on the updateProject.html

If possible: Code a system that interlocks the timesheet and the sidebar itself, so that whenever we add a member into the Timesheet - Team sheet, we can get another value on the HTML file automatically.
