I see that PR #4594 has been inactive for almost a year. The OAuth2 sample is a highly requested feature, and I would love to take over this issue and implement it properly.I will:
- Keep the dependencies minimal and clean.
- Ensure proper architecture (Admin Server as OAuth2 client, monitored app as Resource Server), fixing the confusion from the previous PR.
- Provide actual documentation inside the sample.
Since you mentioned moving samples to spring-boot-admin-runtime-playground, should I create a Pull Request there instead of the main repo? Please let me know where you'd prefer to see this implementation, and I'll get to work!
I'm running sba with oauth2 (entra-id) user authentication already. And my sba-clients itself have oauth2 for there rest-api and basic auth for actuator (used by sba). This works since >1 year :)
Or what is the problem @beijixing1745 ?

use spring boot 2.1.3.RELEASE,spring cloud Greenwich.SR1，with spring boot admin 2.1.3。
now ，spring boot admin client register its self to admin server, admin server get client application actuator info use spring security basic 。
we protect our micro service application with spring security oauth2，how can I do?
