Light theme: ANSI white text invisible on white background

Bug

When using the Light terminal theme (either selected directly or via Auto in a light-mode app), text rendered with ANSI color 7 (white) or color 15 (brightWhite) is invisible because the color values are nearly or exactly the same as the background.

Current values in src/ui/themes.ts:

• background: '#ffffff'
• white: '#fafafa' — almost no contrast against background
• brightWhite: '#ffffff' — zero contrast, completely invisible

This affects any CLI tool that outputs ANSI white text, which is very common (prompts, ls output, status messages, etc.).

Proposed fix

Remap the white ANSI colors to visible values in the Light theme:

+    brightCyan: '#0997b3', brightWhite: '#383a42',

• white → #a0a1a7 (medium gray, matches One Light comment color — readable on white)
• brightWhite → #383a42 (matches the theme's foreground color — full contrast)
