refactor: Rename repo and package to cleura-openstackclient#4

It makes more sense to call this cleura-openstackclient rather than cleura-openstack. Upstream OpenStack Python packages use the -client suffix to denote client libraries and CLIs, so the absence of that suffix would falsely indicate that these are server-side components.
