Restores the detailed README that was overwritten during the code-review PR merge. Preserves all original content (badges, Mermaid diagrams, Baidu internship table, AWS S3 section, Prometheus metrics, configuration reference, roadmap) and adds new sections: package structure tree, REST API reference table (7 endpoints), Docker quick-start, curl examples, exception hierarchy diagram, and updated roadmap with completed items checked off.
