Summary

UI and headless callers skipped the selector transform unless --map was also present, so --select-column returned the entire row. Always apply the transform, whose no-option behavior is unchanged.

Verification

Single/multi UI selection and headless full-row choices now extract the requested column. Display-only controls remain unchanged. The separate headless display-label/original-value protocol issue remains outside this patch.

Local checks passed on Go 1.27.1. The CI workflow uses Go 1.26.3.
