Currently the instructions for deploying a tagged release are both a bit hard to find, and also create a situation where running
git pull --rebase --autostash && scripts/cmdeploy runto update APPVERSIONS.json as instructed in https://github.com/chatmail/relay/releases/tag/1.13.0, will cause the operator to redeploy their instance frommainrather than staying on their intended tagThis change attempts to mitigate that potential issue
